What the classifiers highlight

The first Nobu hotel in Asia opened in 2015 inside the City of Dreams complex, designed by Rockwell Group, behind Nobu restaurants worldwide and the Las Vegas and Miami hotels. Forbes rates it Four Stars and lists chef Nobu Matsuhisa's Japanese-Peruvian menu, black cod miso and yellowtail with jalapeño among the dishes, plus a 250-foot pool outside the restaurant.
