Recognitions
Two inspectorates decide the grade. Three lists order houses within one. Here is each distinction, what it takes to earn it, and every house in the index that holds it.
The grade
Two inspectors decide it
Each level leads at least to the grade beside it. A house that holds both top levels, Five Stars and Three Keys, is S.

The order
Three lists order within a grade
A place on one of these lists changes no grade. It decides which house stands higher among houses of the same grade.
Combinations
The grade is nothing but the intersection of two ratings. Read the table across for the Forbes level, down for the MICHELIN level, and each field holds the grade that follows, along with every house in it.
