A nineteenth-century farmhouse turned spa hotel at the foot of the Pyrenees, run by the Guérard family and filled with their own collection of Second Empire portraits and hunting scenes. MICHELIN has kept three stars on the restaurant for 48 years, cooking now led by chef Hugo Souchet and built around the town's natural springs. The hotel counts 45 rooms.
