El Celler de Can Roca has forty-five seats and a long waiting list, so the brothers Joan, Josep and Jordi Roca, a cook, a sommelier and a pastry chef, built somewhere to expand into. MICHELIN places it in a restored nineteenth-century fortress on a hilltop outside Girona: a second restaurant, and fifteen rooms beside it.
