What the classifiers highlight
What began as a private residence in the cliffside village of Èze grew house by house until it became a 45-room hotel scattered through the medieval lanes between Nice and Monte Carlo. Two pools step down the terraced hillside below. MICHELIN awards two stars to La Chèvre d'Or, the restaurant at the village's highest point, led by chef Tom Meyer.
