What the classifiers highlight
Eighteen rooms fill a small cluster of stone buildings on a hill above a steep valley, at the edge of a national park in the village of Aristi. MICHELIN highlights Salvia, the restaurant built on old recipes, wild boar from local hunters, mushrooms and greens gathered nearby, cheese from a local farm, and a cellar stocked with Greek wine.
