Twenty-eight canvas pods called cocoons and urchins mimic the boulders scattered along this stretch of coast, wedged between a beach and Yala National Park's leopards and elephants. Rooms carry copper basin tubs and, in select suites, plunge pools. Rangers lead the game drives and nature walks, with a junior program built for children and cooking classes on offer.
