What the classifiers highlight

Architect Nikola Bašić carved this hotel out of a hillside on Dugi Otok, its low stone walls built from the rock the excavation removed, a finalist for MICHELIN's design award. The estate's century-old olive mill still runs and supplies the restaurant, while five rooms and three suites follow a landlocked-yacht concept, laid out like roomy ship's cabins.
