Opened in 2008 and later refreshed by designer Hirsch Bedner in shades of blue, cream and light beige, The Ritz-Carlton, Denver gives every room a five-fixture marble bathroom, some with a Jacuzzi tub. Forbes rates it Four Star and names Elway's, the steakhouse carrying the name of Broncos quarterback John Elway, as its signature dining room.
