Formerly a 14th-century convent outside Porto, this became an 87-room hotel after architect Carvalho Araújo preserved its stone archways and façade while adding Art Deco details in white, ivory and grey. MICHELIN awards Two Keys and notes a summer infinity pool, a stone-lined indoor pool, the Sisley spa, and Oculto, a Star restaurant from chefs Vítor Matos and Hugo Rocha.
