A castle on Lake Fuschl, its walls dating to the 15th century behind 98 modern rooms, suites and freestanding chalets, keeps three MICHELIN Keys after a two-year refurbishment. Six restaurants now run where there was one, and excursions include hot air balloon rides and boat trips. The spa adds two pools and a hairdressing salon.
