Modelled on a 16th-century Italian palace in Dubai's Culture Village, the hotel greets arrivals with a mosaic floor of 1.5 million hand-cut pieces. Rooms mix silk furnishings and parquet floors in turquoise, tan and salmon, with balconies over the Creek. Q's Bar and Lounge is the first venue from producer Quincy Jones, and shuttles to Nikki Beach are free.
