Designed by architect Michael Fiebrich and opened in December 2015 in Parañaque's Entertainment City, near Manila Bay and minutes from the airport, the hotel runs custom wallpaper through its rooms behind a gold-toned entrance. Forbes rates it Five Stars, a rating held since 2018, and lists a free-form outdoor pool, jacuzzi, sauna and steam room inside City of Dreams.
