Opened in 2022 inside the century-old Jarmulowsky Bank building, where the Lower East Side meets Dimes Square, the hotel restored a shell that had fallen into ruin. MICHELIN awards it Two Keys and describes rooms in muted, midcentury-modern tones with custom sound systems and minibars stocked from local producers. The Swan Room pours cocktails under soaring marble ceilings.
