Built from terracotta to blend into the red Cordillera de Sal, Nayara Alto Atacama sets its gardens as an Andean park of native plants. More than half the staff are indigenous, and chef Daniel Molina cooks Mediterranean dishes from local, organic produce. The Puri Spa runs saunas and Turkish baths, and a telescope opens onto the desert's dark sky.
