Dutch designer Marcel Wanders built two lobbies here, a Staircase to Nowhere and a Frozen Forest of white tree sculptures, then covered the indoor pool with a hand-painted glass dome. Forbes notes the region's first ESPA spa, Doha's only Turkish-style hammam, and a freestanding tub in every bathroom, alongside a restaurant from Iron Chef Masaharu Morimoto.
