Ten minutes from downtown Albuquerque, the hotel occupies a working lavender farm that Albert and Ruth Simms built into a Territorial Revival showplace in the 1930s with architect John Gaw Meem. MICHELIN awards it Two Keys. Forty-five rooms mix carved beams and fireplaces with others facing lavender fields, and the restaurant Campo cooks from the farm itself.
