A late-19th-century mansion turned hotel in the 1920s, set on the white cliffs between Cassis harbor and the Calanques National Park, close enough to walk to either. MICHELIN notes the two pools and Sisley spa built into the pines, and chef Nicolas Sintes at Les Belles Canailles, whose terrace faces Cap Canaille and whose menu leans on seafood.
