Founder Franco Sersale grew this Positano house from eight rooms to 58, filling it with his own antiques and a rooftop deck he redesigned himself. A gold mermaid-shaped key opens each door, hand-painted local tiles cover the walls, and Chef Gennaro Russo cooks seasonal seafood and pasta at La Sponda, the hotel's breakfast and dinner room.
