Florence's grande dame hotel opened on Piazza della Repubblica in 1893 and was fully renovated in 2018, its terrace bar reworked with color from designer Laudomia Pucci. Grand View Suites look toward Brunelleschi's dome, and bathrooms are white Carrara marble stocked with the house's own Forte Organics line.
