What the classifiers highlight

The cellar is the largest of any hotel in the world, more than 350,000 bottles, half of them Bordeaux, and both guides get to it early. Above it, Alain Ducasse cooks at Le Louis XV and Le Grill looks out over the harbour. A four-year rebuild restored the Belle Époque rooms without flattening them.
