What the classifiers highlight

Architect John Nash designed the Regency building that now houses this Firmdale hotel, tucked just off Piccadilly Circus in the middle of Theatreland. MICHELIN counts a conservatory, a drawing room, a private dining room and a brasserie-style restaurant among its public rooms, but the standout, unusual for a townhouse hotel, is an eighteen-metre pool in the basement.
