Wood-vaulted ceilings and chandeliers set the scene at Le Grand Restaurant and La Grande Terrasse, both recently refreshed, while La Fromagerie serves fondue and champagne arrives fireside. After 7pm, jackets are required in Le Grill, and ripped jeans are turned away.
