What the classifiers highlight

A 43-foot spiral staircase, lit and nicknamed Stairway to Heaven, rises under a hand-cut crystal chandelier in the lobby. The 284 rooms, 67 of them suites, run oak herringbone floors across 21 floors. Rooftop restaurants split by element: Sintoho for water, Dai Forni's copper ovens for fire. It is the only Kuwait City hotel with both indoor and outdoor pools.
