The lobby, called the city's living room, anchors a downtown tower with more than 400 rooms across 20 floors, redone in a multi-million-dollar 2022 renovation that added 103 luxury suites and 12 specialty suites. Chef Richard Sandoval runs the restaurant and bar, a 1920s-style speakeasy hides nearby, and the 2,500-square-foot gym stays open around the clock, loaner sneakers included.
