At 1,800 meters in South Tyrol's forest, the lodge opens straight onto the Plose ski slopes, its rooms stripped to wood, stone and glass with parquet floors and walk-in showers. The penthouse suite adds its own terrace, pool and sauna. Downstairs, the bar mixes drinks from herbs and berries foraged in the surrounding woods.
