On a cobblestone Soho street, this Firmdale hotel from Tim and Kit Kemp feels more town house than hotel, a giant Botero cat sculpture greeting arrivals. MICHELIN gives it the guide's top rank, Three Keys. Forbes notes no two of the individually decorated rooms match, hung with pieces from the Kemps' own collection, including a large Anselm Kiefer painting.
