What the classifiers highlight

Matteo Thun's work on the shore of the Chiemsee, in wood, stone and a great deal of glass. MICHELIN sets it against the neighbours along the same shore, which mostly trade in alpine charm and old Bavarian tradition, and finds the contrast refreshing rather than jarring.
