Set on 130 acres of parkland at the edge of the New Forest, Chewton Glen looks from outside like a large country house, but the suites and bathrooms inside are built at a scale no 18th-century owner ever had. MICHELIN points to The Kitchen by James Martin for cooking classes and calls the spa one of the best in England.
