What the classifiers highlight

Built only in the 1920s, this seaside château looks across the bay at Mont Saint-Michel, part of an estate that also includes a clifftop hotel, seaside cabins and renovated farm cottages. MICHELIN gives it Two Keys and, at Le Coquillage, Two Stars plus a Green Star for chef Hugo Roellinger. Just 13 rooms and suites sit in the main house.
