What the classifiers highlight

Until 1992 this cliffside building in Dinard was Brittany's museum of natural history; the aquarium now pours cocktails as the porthole-lined Aquarium Bar. All 23 rooms face the water, some with private terraces, decorated with floral wallpaper and gilded mirrors salvaged from the past. MICHELIN gives one star to Le Pourquoi Pas, the seafood restaurant downstairs.
