Above Merano stands a four-century-old hunting lodge, with a fourteenth-century castle nearby now used for events; together they carry two MICHELIN Keys and stay open April through November. The Alchemistic Healing Spa builds treatments around Tyrolean flowers picked by the hotel's own herbalist, and Prezioso, its restaurant, holds a MICHELIN Star under chef Egon Heiss.
