What the classifiers highlight
King Sihanouk's own guest house, built in the New Khmer style of 1962 as Villa Princière, became this retreat when Aman restored it in 2002 using old photographs as a guide. MICHELIN and Forbes both describe two dozen suites with private courtyards and deep soaking tubs, half with a small pool. The Amansara Suite's bath catches sunlight scented with frangipani.
