In the Dolomites, a 1930s mountain lodge long counted among the region's best-loved independent hotels became a full Aman resort after architect Jean-Michel Gathy reworked the interiors, keeping the chalet exterior intact. MICHELIN added it to Italy's Key hotels in 2025. Wood and stone throughout tie the rooms back to the surrounding landscape rather than to Aman's usual minimalism alone.
